St. Cloud Metropolitan ACT on Alzheimer's

Sartell ACT has merged with local ACT communities in St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sauk Rapids, and Becker to establish a St. Cloud Metropolitan ACT on Alzheimer's collaborative committee. The local ACT on Alzheimer’s communities continue to strive independently and collectively on activities that support those experiencing dementia and their caregivers.

This support is provided through education, information and referral, the creation of a memory choir that met in 2019, collaboration with the local arts community for a variety of activities that provide a voice to the experience of memory loss and reduction of community stigma related to dementia.

The ACT committee meets monthly to share activities that are taking place in our area and discuss collaborative options.
