About our Action Community
- Serve all people residing in Big Stone County.
- Hold monthly meetings
- Facilitate a Memory Cafe twice a month.
- Received a CARES grant with which we purchased 20 tablets, downloaded brain stimulating apps along with a caregiver portal. These are issued to those in need.
- Received a grant from UMASH these funds will be used to have the Barclay’s provide education to providers, front line staff, Countryside Public health, Hospice personnel, Big Stone Family Services.
- Facilitated a Dementia at Work training for the Kiwanis group in Ortonville.
